These terms explain what you can rely on this site for and what you cannot. They are short because the site offers little beyond information.
Who the site is for
Adults in Kenya. Gambling is for people of the age of majority, which in Kenya is eighteen, and the Conduct of Gambling Operations Regulations, 2026 bar persons under eighteen (L.N. 112 r.92). If you are under eighteen, please leave this site.
Information, not advice
Pages explain what the Gambling Control Act, 2025, the 2026 Regulations and the regulator's list say, with the section or regulation named each time. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they do not tell you whether to use any betting site. For a decision that matters, read the provision itself or ask the Authority.
The New licensees table
The New licensees table is a snapshot of the regulator's list of licensed gaming companies for the trading period 2025/26, read on 28 October 2026. Each cell is copied as printed, spelling and stray characters included. The table adds nothing the list does not show: no expiry dates, no domains the list records as Nil, no ratings.
Treat the table as illustrative. The regulator's live page prevails over it at all times, and a licence can change after the reading date. Before you deposit, confirm the line on the regulator's own page or on the toll-free line 0800-723-770.
No gambling services
This site does not take bets, hold money, run games or open accounts, and it does not pass your details to anyone who does. It links to no operator.
Operators are responsible for themselves
This site is not responsible for what any operator does: its payouts, its terms, its customer care or whether it keeps its licence. A line on the table is a copy of the regulator's record, not an endorsement. If you have a dispute with a licensee, start with its customer care centre, which an online operator must keep in Kenya (s.68(8)). The Act lets a party to an online gambling dispute appeal to the Gambling Appeals Tribunal within 14 days (s.80), and the Tribunal Regulations require the Authority's own mechanisms to be used first (L.N. 115 r.18).
Using the content
You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please do not republish the table as if it were the regulator's current list; give its reading date with it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date in the tab at the top of this page changes with them. The version shown is the one that applies. Significant changes are also noted in the corrections log.
