New licensees on the regulator's list
Every line here has the status New on the Gambling Regulatory Authority's list of licensed gaming companies for the trading period 2025/26, whatever licence column it sits in. Names, licence numbers and domains are copied exactly as the regulator prints them, spelling included, and domains are plain text.

New describes the application status on the regulator's list, not quality. It records that the line entered the list as a new application in the trading period 2025/26 rather than as a renewal. It says nothing about how a site pays, treats complaints or protects players.

How to read a line
The regulator's table has eight columns. This table keeps all eight, with the trading name moved before the company because the trading name is what you see in adverts.

What this snapshot shows
Read on 28 October 2026, the 17 New lines split like this: 13 carry a number in the column headed BK, 3 in PG and 1 in PL. None records a domain. The domains column reads Nil on all 17.
A Nil domain does not mean the company is unlicensed. It means the list cannot connect the licence to a web address, so a site trading under one of these names still needs checking before you deposit. What a missing domain means, case by case.
What New does not tell you
- It is not a grade. The list prints no score or rating, and New carries none.
- It gives no expiry date. The Authority's register of licences must record expiry dates (s.39(1)), but the published list shows none, so this table shows none either.
- It does not show the licence term. An online gambling licence runs for one year under the Licensing Regulations, 2026 (L.N. 111 Fourth Schedule), against the Act's default of 36 months (s.31(3)).
- It does not prove that the website in front of you belongs to the company on the line.

The full register of licences kept under s.39 is open to the public at reasonable times on payment of a prescribed fee (s.39(2)). The list on the regulator's website is the version this table copies.
Before you trust a site on this table with money
A line on the list starts a check; it does not finish one. A licensed online site must also:
- display its licence on its platform (s.36(3)), so you can match the number to the line;
- keep a customer care centre within Kenya (s.68(8));
- check your identity, location and age before it activates your account or takes a first deposit (L.N. 112 r.82);
- offer daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, and loss, session and expenditure limits (L.N. 112 r.84(1));
- refer a complaint it has not resolved within 72 hours to the Authority (L.N. 112 r.9(2)(e)).

This table is a snapshot. When the regulator adds, removes or edits a line, its live page at gra.go.ke/licensed-operators prevails, and this table changes only when the list is read again; the date tabs show when that last happened. Questions about this table
Why does every line show Nil for the domain?
The domains column on the regulator's list reads Nil for all 17 New lines in the snapshot read on 28 October 2026, and the list does not say why. Until a domain appears, confirm the web address with the Authority before you deposit. This guide sets out the possible cases.
Is a company on this table licensed today?
It was on the regulator's list when this snapshot was read. The list carries no expiry dates and the live page prevails, so check gra.go.ke or call the toll-free line 0800-723-770 before you rely on a line.
What is the difference between New and Renewal?
Both are values in the status column: 17 lines read New and 170 read Renewal. The list does not define either word, and neither is a grade. Under the Licensing Regulations, 2026 a renewal must be applied for at least 90 days before expiry (L.N. 111 r.24(2)).
Why are there no links to these sites?
Domains are printed as text because this site does not advertise gambling. Advertising on any medium needs the Authority's approval (s.87(1)), and a link to an operator can work as an advert. How this site is funded explains the rest.
